Owners will be informed of every decision made in regard to their home. Management has open communication with all owners.

Our fee is 10% of the monthly rental amount. Our fee covers the costs for the actual management of the property — repairs, rent-collecting and maintenance. Rest assured that as long as the property remains vacant, you don’t pay!

We do! 24/7 maintenance is provided to all tenants.

We specialize in condos, townhomes, single family homes and multi-unit buildings.

Through the CRM software provided to all tenants where they can log into their portal and e-pay.

We do! Our owners have the peace of mind knowing that we will handle all legal matters. Owners will have to pay the court filing costs for each filing.
